Need an Official Record?
Use these official Marshall County and Illinois contacts according to the record needed:
- Court case files: contact the Marshall County Circuit Clerk, 122 N. Prairie St., P.O. Box 328, Lacon, IL 61540, at 309-246-6435
- State criminal-history records: use the Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification and its applicable CHIRP or fingerprint route
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Marshall County Sheriff's Administrative Division at 309-246-2115
- Police reports: contact the sheriff, Henry Police, Lacon Police, or the confirmed Toluca service agency that created the report
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
